      This development through quality education program aims implementation of a culture of peace in the schools environment, capitalization of human resources and of the creative potential.

It is an educational model which empowers teachers and school owners to create a peaceful environment which allows creativity s expression.The beneficiaries are pupils and their families, teachers, the boarding staff of the  educational institution, its partners and community. Talents cultivation and capitalization leads to the cultivation of peace by channeling the creative and emotional energy constructively and beneficially. Limiting creative energy and, consequently, the creative potential leads to conflict, frustration, violence and social tension. That is why, we focus on emotional awareness, creativity s expression and the targets of SDG4 - Quality Education - 4.4 and 4.7.

Background: When the environment allows free thinking and expression, it turns into a peaceful and prosperous environment. Thus, a peaceful environment leads to creativity's expression, leads to creative personalities and creative productivity. In its turn, the creativity's expression alongside with emotional awareness leads to a culture of peace. There is a natural flow and connection between creativity and peace. We have to peacefully free the creativity of students and align with sustainable development.

            Argument:  P.E.A.C.E. is designed for the holistic child development and is aligned with sustainable and organic principles and values of Holistic Education. This program supports us in paying attention to the things that really matter: our wellbeing and health at all levels (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, social, economic). We can reach high levels of development by a holistic, inter and multidisciplinary approach of  learning.

for a culture of peace and partnership in developed schools

1. Mediation and Communication - training on practical tools. Includes: - Prevention of conflicts, resolution and negotiation and  managing the complaints, transforming misunderstandings and violent behavior into a friendly attitude by creating and implementing a culture of peace and a sustainable behaviour, communication games, training and workshops which allow self expression, relationship and socialization games, imagination and creativity games, multicultural knowledge games, intergenerational games, solving problems and conflict games or SEL games. During these workshops, the trainer stimulates creativity and communication by specific games which encourage cooperation and a culture of partnership. The teaching-learning method of this course is playful work. It is facilitated intuition, imagination, introspection and communication in general which put children in contact with themselves and with others. The language is developed by association and by stimulating speech. Benefits and results of Mediation and communication training: teachers find tools to challenge children express their imagination and develop a healthy social behavior by learning how to relate, be sociable, communicate without violence, make friends and be emotionally wise. This training empowers teachers to develop their students intuition, imagination and inner vision and help them to relate. Empowers them to deal with emotional blockages and develop communication and creativity skills. Develops empathy and compassion. The benefits of mediation tools training. In school, tensions may arise between students and teachers, between students and other auxiliary teachers, even among teachers. Mediation skills defuse school conflicts if they occur during the school program. School conflicts have always existed. We can remember a collage of a colleague, a dispute with a teacher, a dispute with a colleague, etc.We see in MassMedia and NewMedia (Internet), cases of serious school conflicts, in which teachers and students are involved and which are in prime time news long after the occurrence. The termination of the school conflict through a friendly and peaceful solution through mediation services has a resonant echo among the colleagues of the parties of the conflict, but also throughout the educational institution and in the community. A successful mediation approach in such conflicts brings the students to the field of cooperation, understanding, communication, networking, dialogue, being a true example of collegiality and coexistence during school time. In many developed countries, mediation of school conflicts is promoted by local and regional educational institutions, but also by central legislative institutions. A civic culture that includes practical methods of amicable, peaceful and beneficial conflict resolution, is a culture of peace that corresponds to a healthy, modern and prosperous society.

2.Vocational Counseling Approach - Training to empower teachers identifying the specific needs that may concern personal, vocational and professional development, developing knowledge, establishing a professional identity, developing the skills of personal autonomy. Approach of career information and career education. Skills are formed to make choices regarding education, training, work and life in general, opportunities to experience various roles in community or professional life, tools for career planning; career counseling, which helps pupils clarify their goals and aspirations - forming the skills of communication and interpersonal relationships - education and training of interpersonal relations skills- presenting the different roles in life in order to assume them- identification of abilities, qualities, limits- awareness of the level of training available to the beneficiary- identification of interests -Vocational counseling approach Training is a designed solution for solving problems related to violence, times of personal or social crisis, waste of human capital and potential.

3.Consultancy in education and pedagogical inovation. Includes: - SEL Expertise, early childhood academic solutions, SEL Programe, instructional design and curricullum development, innovative academic content, blended curriculum, assistance in one or more disciplines at different levels of education through the practical application of alternative, complementary and non-formal education methods. - Improvement or development of concepts, theories and operational methods related to their specific disciplines, research and development activities or advice on teaching courses and methods. - Revision of the pedagogical approach of the teachers, of the functioning of the educational institution, of the obtained results and the recommendation of possible modifications and improvements. - training teachers to empower them in dealing with students presenting learning difficulties or special needs, - carrying out customized worksheets, educational materials, products and books, - raising public awareness of the special needs (including emotional and social needs) and social risks that gifted children face, awareness, - Multiple intelligencies Training and Mentoring designed to empower teachers to test, discover, evaluate and underline the creative potential of the beneficiary students. This is a wonderful solution against school violence from a totally different approach and perspective! - tools to faster identify the educational needs, develop educational programs or courses, - Training on ellaborating the creative potential assessment sheet. - Training multiple intelligences and the sustainable behaviour based on ”Game of intelligencies and of values. Sustainable behaviour.” - Blended learning Training designed to empower teachers to better evaluate multiple intelligences. The purpose is to observe the types of intelligence and to strengthen the positive attitudes and behaviors and also to learn inter - multidisciplinary teaching style. - Evaluation of projects- identification of strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches of different problems and projects. Results evaluation helps us to stay on the right track, to remove / overcome obstacles, to observe the progress, to admire the flowering of the creative potential and the fruits of multiple intelligences and moreover of the pedagogical work.

4. Solutions to explore THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL include: - fun activities, educational, recreational, non- formal teaching methods, books, materials, pilot project, teacher manuals, resource set of books, lesson plans, learning and teaching educational content, curricullum solutions for kindergartens or group schools; - specialized training to empower teachers identify the features of the 3rd millennium children and develop their skills accordingly, - SEL Games and worksheets, well-being activities essential in the learning process. Without them, reaching the goals of education would make no sense; - Mentoring and Training on change and performance awareness. In exploration, emanifestation of self, talents and potential.

5. Training on Holistic Education includes: - completing the professional information of the teaching staff - development of educational or training programs or courses and their teaching - training in the practice of holistic education for a sustainable culture of peace, an ecological and supportive conscience, cemented by children, young people and adults who are proactive and happy. - awareness regarding that Education of the third millennium takes into account the characteristics of new generation of children and the psychological, psycho-emotional and neurological transformations they present. - academic support and instructional design for critical thinking, problem solving, imagination, honesty because sustainable behaviour must become the essence of education for 21st century children. - awareness regarding that Education of the new millennium states that well-being, and joy are essential in the learning process. - Wellbeing tools and approach in school environment Training

6. Coaching includes: - Business coaching to empower school owners and leaders; - Training and mentoring to empower teachers on children coaching; - Philosophical counseling for school leaders meant to support them build a culture of peace and of partnership, a culture of dialog and non-violent communication, meant to assist them create a sustainable behaviour in peaceful schools environments, meant to strenghten sustainable business mindset and organizational sustainable model of a peaceful environment.
